Bergara B-14 Ridge SP 223 Rem 18" 4rd Rifle

The Bergara B-14 Ridge SP is the Special Purpose version of the Ridge, with a short 18" barrel that makes it quick to handle in a blind, a truck or thick brush. It is chambered in 223 Rem, a light recoiling round that works well for varmints, predators and a lot of trigger time at the range. The barrel has a 1:9 twist and a Graphite Black Cerakote finish, and the muzzle is threaded 5/8-24 for a suppressor or brake.

The stock is molded synthetic made of glass fiber reinforced polymer, with a gray speckled finish and integral bedding pillars. The B-14 action is a two lug design with a sliding plate extractor and a coned bolt nose and breech for smooth feeding, and the Bergara curved trigger comes set at about three pounds. The magazine is an internal box with a hinged floorplate that holds 4 rounds. The receiver is drilled and tapped for Remington 700 style rings and bases. At about 7.2 lbs and 37.5" long, the Ridge SP is an easy rifle to carry and a good match for a suppressor.
