Auto-Ordnance 1911 45 ACP 5" 7rd Stainless Day Sights Pistol

The Auto-Ordnance stainless 1911 takes the GI pattern 45 and adds the upgrades modern shooters ask for: an adjustable trigger, skeletonized hammer, full length recoil guide rod, extended beavertail grip safety and an extended magazine release. The frame, slide and barrel are stainless steel finished in Savage Stainless Cerakote, and the slide, sear and disconnector are precision machined and heat treated for durability.

This model uses fixed three dot combat day sights, a clean and fast setup for range and match work. The slide has decorative cuts and front cocking serrations, and the mainspring housing and front strap are checkered at 20 lines per inch for a firm hold. The 5" barrel is chambered in 45 ACP. Safeties are a thumb safety, grip safety and firing pin block, and the pistol comes with one 7 round magazine. It is a full size steel single action with the custom shop touches already done, and the stainless look holds up to holster wear and sweaty range days better than a blued gun.
