The Angstadt Arms 0940 GLOCK 9mm matched receiver set serves as an exceptional foundation for building a high-performance pistol caliber AR-15, expertly machined from a solid block of 7075-T6 billet aluminum for unmatched durability and reliability. Designed to accept GLOCK magazines in 9mm, .40 S&W, and .357 SIG, this receiver set ensures versatility for a range of shooting applications, whether for competitive shooting, home defense, or recreational plinking. The familiar AR-15 controls make it easy for seasoned shooters to transition seamlessly, while the flared magazine well significantly aids in faster reloads, allowing you to stay focused on your target. The last round bolt hold open feature is a practical addition that locks the bolt back when the magazine is empty, providing a clear visual cue for reloading. The slick side upper receiver is crafted with an appropriately sized ejection port and omits the forward assist, streamlining the design for optimal performance. This matched receiver set can be completed with standard mil-spec components, making it an ideal choice for those looking to customize their build to suit personal preferences. Whether you're a competitive shooter or a first-time builder, the Angstadt Arms 0940 offers a reliable and user-friendly platform that combines modern engineering with the familiar feel of the AR-15/M4 system.
