Winchester Model 1873 Sporter 45 Colt 24in 14 round Case Hardened Blued Walnut

The Winchester Model 1873 Sporter in 45 Colt (Long Colt) brings the classic lever-action experience to shooters who value authenticity and function, and this Sporter model keeps the look and handling that made the 1873 series famous while adding shooter-friendly features: a 24" octagon barrel with 1:26" twist and a blued barrel for lively ballistics, a color case hardened receiver for vintage character, and a satin-oiled walnut fixed pistol-grip stock that feels velvet smooth in the hand. With a 14+1 capacity and a steel loading gate that feeds cartridges smoothly, this full-size right-hand rifle balances historical styling with modern reliability for Cowboy Action Shooters, ranch work, and range sessions where using the same 45 Colt ammunition as your revolver is an advantage. The rear tang is drilled and tapped for an optional tang-mounted rear sight to tighten your sight picture, while the gold bead front and buckhorn rear provide quick, traditional aiming for hunting or target drills. At about 8 pounds and a 43" overall length, this lever-action Winchester offers stable handling, familiar controls like a hammer safety and standard trigger, and the presence and accuracy expected from a true Model 1873 Sporter.
