Winchester XPR Extreme Hunter 270 WSM 24" 3rd TrueTimber Midnight Rifle

The XPR Extreme Hunter TrueTimber Midnight MB pairs a Tungsten Cerakote finish on the steel receiver and 24 inch barrel with a composite stock in TrueTimber Midnight camo. It is chambered in 270 WSM, a short action magnum that pushes 270 bullets fast and flat for elk, mule deer and long shots across open country. The detachable box magazine holds three rounds.

The muzzle is threaded 9/16-24 and comes with a muzzle brake installed, which tames the magnum recoil and helps you see your hits. The barrel is button rifled and free floated with a recessed target crown. Winchester's M.O.A. Trigger System delivers a clean break with no creep. The two position thumb safety and bolt unlock button let you unload with the safety on, and the bolt is machined from chrome moly bar stock with a nickel Teflon coating. The steel receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounts, and an Inflex Technology recoil pad and sling swivel studs come installed. At about seven pounds it is a magnum hunting rifle you can carry all day in rough country.
