Taylor's 1886 Ridge Runner 45-70 Govt 18.5" 4rd Takedown Rifle

The Taylor's 1886 Ridge Runner is a takedown lever action rifle in 45-70 Government, built by Chiappa. It has an 18.5" half octagon barrel in a matte blue finish, a 4 round tubular magazine, and a black soft touch stock with a padded butt. The muzzle wears a brake on 5/8-24 threads, and a thread cap is included for when you want to run it bare. Overall length is 37.5".

Sights are an integrated Skinner peep rear and a fiber optic front, a fast and forgiving combination for big game in timber at the ranges where 45-70 does its best work.
