Standard Manufacturing S333 Gen III 22 WMR 2.25" 8rd Revolver

The S333 Thunderstruck is a double barrel, double action revolver that fires two 22 WMR rounds with each pull of the trigger. The Gen III version adds longer 2.25" barrels, each machined separately and threaded into a solid barrel nut that is pressed into the frame and locked with reverse angle screws. A machined aluminum shroud protects the barrels. The longer tubes give a more consistent powder burn and better bullet stability than the earlier guns.

Other Gen III changes include a polymer lower for less weight, a two stage set style trigger and hammer, and dovetailed day/night glow sights front and rear. Together they make it easier to shoot accurately and to control. Safety is built into the action: a two finger trigger pull, an in-trigger safety block, and a transfer plate that keeps the hammers off the firing pins unless the trigger travels its full length. A drop or a scuffle will not make it fire. It holds eight rounds, four pulls of the trigger, and weighs 18 oz. The small size and light trigger system make it a good fit for smaller hands. Standard Manufacturing regulates every S333 with CCI Maxi Mag 40 grain, Maxi Mag 40 grain HP and PMC Predator 40 grain loads, and those give the most reliable function.
