Springfield Armory Saint Victor V2 308 Win 20" 20rd Rifle

The SAINT Victor V2 in 308 Win is Springfield's updated AR-10 pattern rifle, and this model runs a 20" CMV continuous taper barrel with a nitride finish. The muzzle is threaded 5/8-24 and capped with a four prong flash hider. Forged aluminum upper and lower receivers keep weight at about 8.1 lbs, light for a full length 308 semi auto. The direct impingement gas system uses a taper pinned low profile gas block, and the bolt carrier group uses a 9310 steel bolt built for the higher pressure of the 7.62 cartridge.

Up front is Springfield's free float aluminum handguard with a full length top rail, M-LOK slots and integrated QD sling sockets, and low profile flip-up sights ride on top so you have irons without adding an optic. The trigger is a nickel boron coated flat GI unit. Controls are ambidextrous, with a 45 degree safety and a Radian Raptor-LT charging handle. The stock is a B5 Systems Enhanced SOPMOD on a mil-spec receiver extension with a QD end plate and an H2 heavy tungsten buffer. It comes with one 20 round Magpul PMAG Gen M3. For a 308 that works for hog control, deer from a stand or plain range work, this one is ready to go.
