Ruger Security 380 380 Acp 3.42in 10+1 Oxide Barrel Serrated Slide Polymer Frame

The Ruger 3855 Security-380 brings the Security-380 series into a compact, carry-ready package that balances shootability and everyday practicality, offering a 3.42" black oxide alloy steel barrel chambered in .380 ACP with a 10+1 capacity for concealed carry, range work, and defensive use. You'll notice the Lite Rack system—refined slide serrations, pronounced cocking ears and a lighter recoil spring—makes slide manipulation and training with low-recoil .380 loads straightforward, while the Secure Action fire-control system pairs a protected internal hammer with a bladed-safety trigger for a short, smooth pull, clean break and positive reset alongside an external manual safety and internal hammer catch for layered security. The lightweight, through-hardened alloy steel serrated slide rides on a textured glass-filled nylon frame with an accessory rail for a light or laser, and the drift-adjustable steel rear sight with a bright fiber optic front sight aids target acquisition in daylight and low light. At 6.52" overall length, 19.7 oz. weight and a 1.02" slide width, the Security-380 fits comfortably in the hand to help manage recoil during practice and carry, and it offers safe, tool-free takedown and reliable Ruger construction for everyday use; firearms transfer requires an FFL.
