Ruger RXM 9mm 4" 17rd ODG Aimpoint COA Pistol

OD Green is the loudest of the three grip module colors in the RXM COA Edition, and the color runs through the polymer rather than sitting on top of it, so a few hundred draws from a kydex holster will not wear it off the high spots. Everything above the module is black: slide, barrel and controls. The optic is an Aimpoint COA, installed at the factory in an A-CUT pocket machined into the slide. No adapter plate, no shim stack, nothing between the sight and the steel.

The dot is 3.5 MOA, big enough to find fast at defensive distance and small enough to hold a target at 25 yards, and the closed emitter design keeps the window clear in weather that would blind an open sight. Steel co-witness height sights show up in the lower third of the glass as a backup. The pistol underneath is the Ruger and Magpul RXM: a 4" barrel, 17rd magazines, two Magpul PMAG 17 GL9 units in the box, and a striker fired action with a flat faced trigger. The serialized chassis lifts out of the grip module, which means the green frame is a component and not the gun. Swap it for a different size or color down the road and the pistol stays the same pistol. Magazine and holster support follows the Glock 19 pattern.
