Ruger GP100 Engraved 357 Mag 4.2" 6rd Stainless Revolver

This GP100 is a TALO distributor exclusive that dresses up Ruger's six shot 357 Magnum with engraving and checkered hardwood grips. Underneath the decoration it is the same GP100 known as one of the strongest medium frame revolvers around: a stainless steel frame and cylinder in a satin finish, a 4.2" barrel, and a triple locking cylinder that locks into the frame at the front, rear and bottom for solid alignment shot after shot.

The sights are practical rather than ornamental, with a HiViz fiber optic front and an adjustable rear, so you can zero it for your load and pick up the front sight fast in poor light. It fires double action or single action, and the transfer bar mechanism keeps the hammer from reaching the firing pin unless the trigger is pulled. At 40 oz it carries enough steel to soak up full power 357 Magnum loads, and it shoots 38 Special for easy practice. The grip frame accepts a wide range of custom grips, and the integrated subassemblies come apart without special tools for cleaning.
