Ruger GP100 Wiley Clapp 357 Mag 3" 6rd Revolver

This GP100 Wiley Clapp is the blued version of the 3" carry setup, chambered in 357 Magnum and able to fire 38 Special as well. It is built from alloy steel with a blued finish, giving it a classic dark look instead of stainless. The sights come from the Wiley Clapp package: a fixed Novak LoMount Carry rear and a gold bead front that shows up fast against dark targets and will not hang up on clothing. Cushioned rubber grips with hardwood inserts soak up magnum recoil.

The GP100 is Ruger's heavy duty double action revolver. Its triple locking cylinder locks into the frame at the front, rear and bottom for positive alignment, and the transfer bar mechanism guards against an accidental discharge if the hammer is struck. The grip frame accepts a wide variety of custom grips, and the integrated subassemblies come apart for maintenance without special tools. At 36 ounces, the six shot GP100 has enough weight to keep full power 357 loads controllable, while the 3" barrel keeps it compact enough for carry or the nightstand.
