Rossi Rio Bravo Tactical 22 LR 16.5" 10rd Rifle

The Rossi Rio Bravo Tactical takes the R92 style lever action and builds it into a modern 22 LR rimfire. It has a 16.5" barrel threaded 1/2-28, a 10 round tube magazine and a medium loop lever that has room for a gloved hand. The black polymer stock carries a rear sling mount, and the forend has accessory slots for a light or a sling attachment.

There are no iron sights on this one. An aluminum Picatinny rail sits on top for a red dot or a rimfire scope, which is the fastest way to get a new shooter on target. The receiver is aluminum and the barrel is polished black oxide steel, and the rifle weighs about 4.98 lbs unloaded. A crossbolt safety is built in. The threaded muzzle makes it an easy host for a rimfire suppressor, and that turns a day of plinking into something the neighbors will never notice. It is a fun lever gun for the range, a handy small game rifle and a good trainer for anyone who plans to move up to a centerfire lever gun.
