Q The Fix 6.5 Creedmoor 16" 10rd Gray Rifle

The Fix skips the chassis and the traditional stock altogether. Q builds it around a one piece aluminum receiver that holds the bolt, trigger and barrel, then hangs the grip, stock and handguard off it. The result in 6.5 Creedmoor is a 16" rifle that weighs a little over 6 lbs and still has the stiffness you want for precision work. Q calls it the biggest step forward in bolt action design since 1962, and it does feel different from a Remington 700 clone the first time you run it.

The 45 degree bolt throw is short, so you can work the action from the shoulder. Controls, grip and safety selector follow AR layout, and the 2 stage match trigger is set up for precise shooting. The barrel is lightweight profile stainless with a 1:7 twist and a tapered muzzle threaded 5/8-24 under a Cherry Bomb brake. A fully adjustable folding stock, free float Q-Sert handguard and M1913 Picatinny top rail complete it. It feeds from SR-25 pattern magazines and comes with a 10 round magazine. This SKU has Q's gray accent parts. A great fit for a packable mountain hunting rifle or a short suppressed precision gun.
