Q Honey Badger 5.56 NATO 9.69" 30rd SBR

The Honey Badger started at AAC, where Kevin Brittingham's team built it for a special operations unit that wanted a quiet rifle caliber replacement for the MP5SD. It never went on public sale there. At Q, Brittingham's current company, the design was reworked with a better gas system, trigger and stock and finally sold to civilians. This is the 5.56 NATO Honey Badger in short barreled rifle form, with a 9.69" barrel.

The receivers are aluminum with a free floating M-LOK handguard, and the adjustable low profile gas block lets you tune the gun to run cleanly with or without a suppressor. It uses AR controls, a 70 degree safety selector and a 2 position collapsible PDW stock that keeps it compact for vehicles, hallways and tight spaces. It comes with a 30 round magazine and a Magpul grip. For a compact, quiet 5.56 carbine with real pedigree, few guns on the market carry the same history.
