Panzer Arms builds the CQB as a short pump 12 gauge for people who want a manual of arms they already know in a package that fits behind a seat or beside a door. The barrel measures 18.5 inches, which keeps the muzzle from hanging up on doorframes, and a pump action runs on your arm rather than on gas pressure, so it does not care whether it is fed heavy buck or light target loads. OD Green metal over walnut gives the gun a look closer to a working farm shotgun than a black polymer tactical rig, and the wood carries a little weight up front that helps settle things between shots.

The M-LOK side saddle keeps spare shells on the gun where a reload is one hand movement away, and because the slots are M-LOK the saddle can be moved or swapped for a light mount. The muzzle is cut as a door breacher, the toothed standoff type that lets the barrel be pressed against a hard surface while the bore stays vented. Everything else follows conventional pump shotgun practice: load it, work the forend, keep the support hand driving.
