Mossberg 940 Pro Tactical 12 GA 18.5" 7rd Shotgun

The 940 Pro Tactical in matte blue and black is the core defensive model of Mossberg's 940 line. It is a gas operated 12 gauge with an 18.5" barrel, a 3" chamber, and a magazine tube that holds seven shells. The Accu-Choke barrel comes with a Cylinder Bore tube installed, and a fiber optic front sight gives a quick reference point.

The receiver is cut for low profile direct mounting of Shield RMSc pattern micro dots, with a cover plate for when no optic is fitted. A barrel clamp with M-LOK slots provides a spot for a light. The gas system is built to run up to 1,500 rounds between cleanings, and the piston, magazine tube, hammer and sear are nickel boron coated against corrosion. An enlarged and beveled loading port, an elongated elevator and an anodized follower make reloading under pressure smoother. The synthetic stock adjusts for length of pull from 12.5" to 14.25" and for comb drop and cast, and QD sling mounts are built in. A top tang safety sits where your thumb already rests. It weighs about 7.5 lbs with a 37.5" overall length.
