Winchester SX4 Defender 12 GA 18.5" 4rd FDE Shotgun

The Winchester SX4 Defender takes the SX4 autoloader and sets it up for home defense, 3-gun stages and turkey hunting. It has an 18.5 inch barrel, a 3 inch 12 gauge chamber and a four round magazine for 2.75 inch shells. The synthetic pistol grip stock is Flat Dark Earth, and the aluminum receiver and barrel carry an FDE Cerakote finish.

For sighting, it has an LPA front sight and a ghost ring rear, plus a Picatinny optics rail on the receiver for a red dot. The self adjusting Active Valve gas system cycles a wide range of loads quickly and cuts felt recoil. Unlike most defense shotguns, the back bored barrel takes Invector-Plus choke tubes, and Full, Modified and Improved Cylinder are included with a wrench, so it can tighten up for turkey or open up for buckshot inside the house. The chamber and bore are chrome plated. The crossbolt safety is reversible, the bolt handle and release button are oversized, and the drop out trigger group makes cleaning easy. The textured grip panels hold well, length of pull spacers let you size the stock, and sling swivel studs are installed.
