Magnum Research SwitchBolt 22 LR Rifle Receiver

This is the Magnum Research SwitchBolt receiver, the serialized 22 LR receiver from the Magnum Lite SwitchBolt rifle line, sold by itself so you can build a semi auto rimfire rifle on the 10/22 pattern. Magnum Research developed and refined the SwitchBolt on the professional speed shooting circuit.

The receiver is machined aluminum with a hard coat anodized black finish that holds up to years of range use. An integral Picatinny rail runs along the top, so a scope or red dot mounts directly with no separate base to shift or work loose. It is the receiver only, with no barrel or stock, so you choose the rest of the parts for the rifle you want. It makes a strong foundation for a lightweight speed steel gun, a match rimfire or a dependable small game rifle.
