Howa M1500 Superlite Gen2 308 Win 16.25" ODG Rifle

The Howa Superlite Gen2 is built to carry. This version is chambered in 308 Win with a short 16.25 inch barrel threaded 1/2-28, set in an HS Precision synthetic stock in OD green with black webbing. It weighs 4.6 lbs, light enough to carry all day. The short barrel and light build make it easy to handle in a stand, a blind or on a long climb, and the threads take a suppressor or brake without any gunsmithing.

The action uses a machined receiver, a forged bolt with a large integral front barrel lug, and an M16 style extractor and ejector. It feeds from a flush detachable magazine. You get a two stage match trigger, a three position safety and tool free firing pin removal for cleaning. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope bases and comes without sights. Howa backs the Superlite with a sub MOA accuracy promise and a lifetime warranty.
