Howa 1500 APC Chassis 25 Creedmoor 24" 10rd American Flag Rifle

The flag finished version of the Howa 1500 chassis package. Underneath the paint it is the same barreled action Howa has been selling for decades - one piece receiver with integral recoil lugs, forged steel bolt with two locking lugs and an M16 pattern extractor and ejector, and a tool free takedown. The receiver is drilled and tapped, the 24" barrel is threaded, and the whole thing sits in an APC chassis with a Luth-AR MBA-4 buttstock that adjusts for length and comb height.

The package arrives with three 10 round magazines, an MDT grip, a second Hogue grip, a Buffalo River bipod and a Nikko Stirling Diamond LR 4-16x50 scope on a 30mm tube. That is a rifle, a mount, glass and a rest in one box, which is most of what a new precision shooter has to buy anyway. 25 Creedmoor sits between the 6mm and 6.5mm versions of the case and gives up very little wind drift while staying easy on the shoulder over a long string. A 10 round magazine also means fewer interruptions on a prairie dog town or a stage timer.
