Bergara B-14 Wilderness Sierra 25 Creedmoor 20" 4rd Gray Rifle

Bergara drops the B-14 action into a sporter stock with an adjustable comb on the Wilderness Sierra, so comb height gets set to the optic instead of being built up with tape and a foam pad. A set of 1/4" length of pull spacers comes along to fine tune the fit for a shooter in a heavy coat or a t shirt. The barrel is a fluted No. 5 contour in 25 Creedmoor, threaded 5/8-24 at the muzzle and fitted with an Omni muzzle brake.

Underneath, an M5 bottom metal cutout lets the rifle run either a traditional streamline floorplate or an AICS pattern detachable box magazine, and it comes set up for a 4 round AICS magazine. The receiver is steel, drilled and tapped for bases, and the barreled action carries a gray Cerakote finish. The stock wears Bergara's SoftTouch Wilderness camo treatment. For a hunting rifle that also gets shot off bags at distance, the combination of an adjustable comb, a threaded and braked barrel, and a detachable magazine covers most of what gets asked of a rifle in the field without pushing it into full chassis territory or chassis weight.
