Horizon Firearms Vandal Prime 7mm PRC 22" Rifle

Chambered in 7mm PRC, this Horizon Firearms Vandal Prime pairs a modern long range magnum cartridge with a carbon fiber stock and a 22" stainless steel barrel. Banded spiral fluting trims weight from the barrel, and the threaded muzzle wears an Iota SIM brake, which matters with a cartridge that hits as hard as the 7mm PRC does at both ends.

Under the hood is a Horizon Stiller action and a TriggerTech trigger, a pairing built for consistent shot to shot performance. The texture painted Iota EKO stock gives a firm grip in wet or cold weather and a stable platform off a pack or bipod, and the receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounting. At about 7.4 lbs before a scope, the rifle is a good match for elk and mule deer hunts where long shots and long walks come in the same trip. Add a quality scope and a set of rings and it is ready for the mountains or the long range steel line.
