Horizon Firearms Vandal Prime 308 Win 22" Rifle

The Horizon Firearms Vandal Prime in 308 Win puts one of the most proven hunting and target cartridges into a light, carbon stocked build. The 22" stainless steel barrel uses banded spiral fluting to cut weight and is threaded with an Iota SIM muzzle brake installed, so felt recoil stays mild and follow up shots come quickly.

A Horizon Stiller action and TriggerTech trigger form the core of the rifle, and the receiver is drilled and tapped for scope bases. The texture painted Iota EKO carbon fiber stock gives a stable, grippy hold off a bench or a backpack, and the rifle comes in at about 7.4 lbs without optics. With 308 Win ammunition easy to find almost anywhere, this is a simple rifle to feed for practice, and the 22 inch barrel gives the cartridge enough length to work well on deer and black bear. It is equally at home on a steel target range when hunting season is over.
