Hi-Point 3895TS Pro Carbine 380 ACP 16.5" 10rd Rifle

Hi-Point's 3895 is a 380 ACP carbine, which looks odd on paper and works well in practice. Out of a 16.5" barrel, 380 picks up real velocity over what it does in a pocket pistol, and recoil in a six pound blowback carbine amounts to nothing at all. New shooters, small framed shooters and anyone recoil sensitive can run this gun all afternoon without developing a flinch, and it is one of the few long guns a person with limited hand strength can operate comfortably.

The Pro package adds the gear that usually gets bought separately: extra 10 round magazines and a stock mounted magazine holder, plus a sling and swivels. The all weather polymer stock has an internal recoil buffer and multiple Weaver style rails for optics and accessories, and the sights are fully adjustable with a post front and peep rear. A last round lock open, a thumb safety and a grip mounted magazine release round out the controls. The muzzle is threaded from the factory, which matters because 380 out of a carbine is one of the easier cartridges to run quiet.
