Henry H1 America's 250th Anniversary Tribute Edition Youth 22 LR 16.5" Rifle

Henry put together the America's 250th Anniversary Tribute Edition on a youth size frame, and the commemorative work is not subtle. The receiver is hardened brass under polished nickel plating, the buttstock carries an engraved and silver filled "250" mark, and American flag Cerakote artwork runs on the metal. The stock is fancy American walnut in a straight grip pattern, and the lever is a large loop.

Mechanically it is a Henry lever gun in 22 S/L/LR, which means it will run 22 Short, 22 Long and 22 Long Rifle without any adjustment. The barrel measures 16.5" and the receiver is grooved for 3/8" ring mounts, with a set of ring mounts included so a small scope can go on without a separate parts order. Sling swivel studs are fitted. At 4.5 pounds it is light enough for a young shooter to hold up without a rest, which is the point of a youth model, though a rifle finished like this one is as likely to spend its life on a wall or behind glass as it is on a range.
