Glock 19X MOS 9mm 10rd Coyote Pistol

The 19X started life as Glock's entry in the Army handgun trials: a Model 17 grip frame with the shorter Model 19 slide on top, coyote colored, with a lanyard loop at the base of the grip. The military went a different direction and Glock sold it to the public anyway, where it found a following with shooters who wanted a full firing grip and less weight out past the trigger guard. This is the MOS version, which cuts the slide for the Modular Optic System so a red dot mounts on an adapter plate matched to your optic instead of requiring a new slide or a milling job.

Controls follow the Gen5 pattern, with ambidextrous slide stops, no finger grooves on the front strap, and the Glock Marksman Barrel with its tighter rifling. AmeriGlo sights replace the standard plastic units. This particular configuration comes with 10 round magazines, which puts it in reach of shooters in capacity restricted states without changing anything else about the gun. The coyote finish covers both the frame and the slide and wears in rather than wearing out. Everything else runs the way any Glock does: standard holsters fit, parts are available everywhere, and the gun keeps working when it is dirty.
