GForce Arms Saddlehorn 44 Mag 16.5" 10rd Green Rifle

This Saddlehorn pairs a 44 Magnum lever action with a green synthetic stock and forend, a black steel barrel and a black aluminum receiver topped with a Picatinny rail. The 16.5 inch barrel keeps it short and fast handling, the kind of carbine that rides well in a truck, on an ATV or in a saddle scabbard. The tube holds ten rounds plus one in the chamber, and at about 5.5 pounds it is light enough to carry all day in the woods.

A HiViz fiber optic front sight gives quick pickup in thick cover, and the rail on the receiver makes it simple to add a red dot or a low power scope for older eyes or longer shots. The synthetic furniture does not care about rain, snow or scratches, which is the point of buying this one over walnut. The 44 Magnum is a proven deer and hog round at lever gun distances. If you carry a 44 revolver, sharing one cartridge between handgun and rifle keeps your ammo shelf simple.
