About the Dead Air RXD910Ti 9mm
The Dead Air RXD910Ti in black is the 9mm optimized, 10mm rated pistol suppressor built around the patented Triskelion baffle system and additively manufactured in grade 5 titanium. Compared to traditional K baffle 9mm cans, the Triskelion design aims for reduced backpressure, which shows up downrange as less gas in the shooter's face on tilting barrel pistols and cleaner cycling on blowback or roller delayed hosts.
Born out of the Dead Air and Ruger partnership, the RXD product line shares mounting hardware across the family and is designed from scratch rather than reskinned from existing products. This black Cerakote version ships with a PB440 piston in 1/2-28, covering the majority of threaded 9mm pistols out of the box. Caliber ratings span 9x19, 10mm Auto, 5.7x28mm, 38 Special, 357 Magnum, 300 BLK and 400 Legend, with no minimum barrel length restriction and full auto ratings on 9mm, 10mm, 5.7 and 300 BLK subsonic. At 11.4 ounces and 7.7" long, it balances well on a carry pistol and opens up PCC and subgun hosts without adding significant weight up front.
