About the Canik VOID-9 9mm Direct
The VOID-9 covers both sides of the 9mm world. An integrated booster assembly with a 1/2x28 piston, spring and retainer lets it cycle a tilting barrel pistol, while the 1.125x28 rear threads open it up to other mounting options for PCC and rifle hosts. Canik developed it with Otter Creek Labs, and the titanium body keeps the whole package light enough that it does not hang off the front of a handgun.
Two end caps come in the box. The solid cap is the quiet setting. The vented cap trades a little sound for noticeably less back pressure, which is what a blowback PCC needs when it would otherwise push gas straight at the shooter. It is rated for 9mm and 300 BLK, and overall length is 6". Swapping caps takes seconds, so one can serves a range pistol and a carbine without compromise in either role.
