Daniel Defense DD4 MK18 RIII 5.56 NATO 10.3" No Magazine FDE Pistol

The MK18 is the short barrel AR that special operations units made famous, and Daniel Defense builds this one on the same tooling that feeds its government work. The 10.3" government profile barrel is cold hammer forged and chrome lined, then run off a carbine length gas system with a low profile gas block. That combination is what makes a barrel this short cycle reliably instead of beating itself apart. An A2 flash hider handles the muzzle blast that comes with cutting a 5.56 barrel down to close quarters length.

The RIS III handguard is the current generation of the rail Daniel Defense supplies to USSOCOM, here in a 9.5" free float length finished in flat dark earth against a black receiver set. M-LOK slots along the sides and bottom let you hang a light or a laser without a rail adapter, and the top rail runs unbroken back to the upper for night vision and optic mounting. An SBA3 brace sits on the receiver extension with the Daniel Defense pistol grip below it. This configuration comes without a magazine, so plan on supplying your own.
