About the Daniel Defense DDM4 V7
The DDM4 V7 is the rifle that put Daniel Defense's M-LOK rail on the DDM4 line. The 16 inch barrel is cold hammer forged, chrome lined, government profile with a 1:7 twist. A mid length gas system gives smoother, more reliable cycling and less felt recoil than a carbine gas setup, and it cuts wear on the moving parts.
The free float M-LOK handguard is light, stays cooler and still leaves an uninterrupted Picatinny rail on top for optics and sights. The muzzle is threaded 1/2-28 and wears the DD improved flash suppressor. Receivers are machined aluminum with a black hard coat anodized finish, the lower has a flared magazine well and a rear QD sling point, and the GRIP-N-RIP charging handle works from either side. The Daniel Defense buttstock and pistol grip get soft touch overmolding. It weighs 6.2 pounds and comes with one 32 round Daniel Defense magazine and a hard case.
