Dan Wesson Heirloom 2024 45 ACP 4.25" 8rd Pistol

The 2024 Heirloom is a small batch Commander size 1911 from Dan Wesson, chambered in 45 ACP with a 4.25 inch stainless barrel and an 8 round magazine. The carbon steel slide is blued and engraved in an intricate pattern, and it sits on a true color case hardened frame. Traditional GI style rear slide serrations keep the lines classic, while the fit is custom grade.

Cocobolo wood grip panels add warm color and grain, and 25 LPI checkering on both the front strap and the backstrap gives the grip real bite. A serrated trigger gives a crisp, predictable break, and a skeletonized hammer trims weight and adds a modern touch to the old design. Controls are a manual thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety on a single action 1911 platform. Dan Wesson builds the Heirloom in the hundreds, not the thousands, so this is a pistol to shoot and a pistol to hand down.
