CZ 600 Trail 7.62x39mm 16.2" 10rd Rifle

The CZ 600 Trail is a compact bolt action built for people who want a light, handy rifle that packs down small. This one is chambered in 7.62x39mm with a 16.2" semi heavy cold hammer forged barrel that is threaded for a suppressor or muzzle device. It feeds from a 10 round detachable magazine and weighs about 6.1 lbs.

The Trail borrows a lot from the AR world. The magazine release and safety levers are ambidextrous and sit where an AR shooter expects them. The polymer chassis carries an M-LOK handguard for lights and a bipod, and a Picatinny rail on top takes your optic, since the rifle has no iron sights. The PDW style stock has four positions and collapses the rifle to 27.2" for a pack or truck, then extends to 35" when it is time to shoot. The adjustable two stage trigger rounds it out. It is a good fit for close range deer and hog hunting, ranch work, or a fun range gun that runs on common, easy to find ammunition.
