Cimarron Thunderball 45 Colt 4.75" 6rd Stainless Revolver

The Thunderball pairs a stainless steel pre war frame revolver with Cimarron's Thunderer grip frame and a one piece walnut grip. Stainless steel shrugs off sweat, rain and holster wear with less care than a blued gun, which counts for a lot over a long season of matches.

It is chambered in 45 Colt with a 4.75" barrel, a 6 round cylinder, fixed sights and a single action lockwork, built by Pietta. The 4.75" length is the traditional gunfighter barrel, short enough to clear leather quickly and long enough to give a usable sight radius. The Thunderer grip frame gives it a different shape in the hand from the standard plow handle. It is a practical choice for cowboy action shooters who want a low maintenance main match revolver, and for anyone who likes the look of bright steel and walnut on a classic single action.
