Christensen Arms Ridgeline FFT 7mm Rem Mag 22" Burnt Bronze Rifle

The Ridgeline FFT is Christensen Arms' answer to the weight problem every mountain hunter runs into. FFT stands for Flash Forged Technology, a carbon fiber process that builds the stock as a monocoque shell instead of packing filler inside a composite skin. That strips close to a pound off a traditional stock without giving up rigidity, and the action is spot bedded into it so the barrel stays free floating. This configuration wears Barren Dune camo over a Burnt Bronze metal finish.

The barrel is stainless steel wrapped in aerograde carbon fiber, 22" here to give 7mm Remington Magnum the powder column it wants, and the muzzle is threaded and capped with a removable stainless side baffle brake. Recoil from a light magnum is real, and that brake takes enough edge off to keep the scope on target for a follow up shot. The action is precision machined steel on a Remington 700 footprint, so bases, rings and aftermarket parts are easy to source. A TriggerTech trigger comes installed, breaking with the flat, creep free feel their frictionless release is known for. Rounds sit in an internal box magazine behind an aluminum hinged floor plate, and Christensen backs the rifle with a sub MOA accuracy guarantee.
