Christensen Arms Evoke Hunter 22 Creedmoor 20" 4rd Brush Camo Rifle

22 Creedmoor is a 6.5 Creedmoor case necked down to .224, and it throws heavy for caliber 22 bullets fast and flat with almost no recoil. On a coyote stand or a prairie dog town that combination means a shooter can watch impacts through the scope instead of losing the sight picture. Christensen built the Evoke Hunter around a button rifled stainless barrel, hand lapped and free floated, wearing black Cerakote in a 20" length that keeps the rifle easy to carry.

The muzzle is threaded 5/8-24 under a removable six port RFR brake, so a suppressor goes on in its place with no gunsmithing. A TriggerTech trigger comes installed and is user adjustable. The receiver and the forend both carry integrated Picatinny rail, which simplifies mounting an optic and a bipod on the same rifle. The stock is a brush camo synthetic shaped for carrying rather than for a bench, and the balance is good enough for offhand work. Christensen guarantees sub-MOA accuracy across the Evoke line, which is a real commitment on an entire model family rather than a claim about one rifle. A 4rd detachable magazine feeds it.
