Horizon Firearms Vandal X 22 Creedmoor 18" 5rd Rifle

The Horizon Firearms Vandal X was designed for hunters to get the most out of the 22 Creedmoor. A big reason it carries so light is Horizon's signature 3 flute, 2 twist spiral fluting, which strips weight from the barrel without giving up stiffness. The 18 inch barrel is built around this cartridge, and Horizon rates it at 3,070 fps with Hornady's 80 grain ELD-M factory load.

The barrel is threaded 5/8-24 for a brake or suppressor. It sits in an Iota EKO X carbon fiber stock, and a TriggerTech trigger gives a clean break. The receiver is drilled and tapped for mounting a scope base. The rifle feeds from AICS pattern magazines in its bottom metal and comes with a 5 round magazine. Short, light and flat shooting, it is a rifle you can carry all day and still trust on a long shot at a coyote, deer or antelope.
