About this product

The Browning X-Bolt 2 Mountain Pro Carbon Fiber in 300 PRC is a lightweight, no-compromise bolt-action built for hunters who live above timberline. The 22-inch barrel is wrapped in carbon fiber to shed ounces while staying rigid, threaded 5/8x24 for the included Recoil Hawg muzzle brake, and finished in Cerakote to shrug off weather. The Pro stainless steel receiver pairs with a spiral-fluted bolt body and an ultralight aluminum bolt handle to keep the total package nimble in hand and easy to carry on long hunts.

The carbon fiber stock features an adjustable comb, so a customized cheek weld can be set for whatever optic or suppressor configuration you run. Browning's new X-Bolt 2 action and DLX Trigger drop into the chassis with a cleaner break and user-adjustable pull weight. Feeding is handled by a detachable rotary magazine with a 3-round capacity of 300 PRC, and an Inflex recoil pad tames the magnum push. Integral Picatinny-style rail segments and sling swivel studs round out the setup.
