About the Black Rain Ordnance Outflow
Black Rain Ordnance prints the Outflow as one piece. There is no separate baffle stack and no welded tube - the core comes off the machine as a single monolithic titanium unit, and that is where the weight savings come from. Titanium also sheds heat faster than the stainless steel designs most cans in this class are built from.
The venting is the interesting part. The Outflow body is breathable and forward venting: gas leaves horizontally, pushed out and away from the shooter instead of back over the receiver. Less gas in your face means a clearer picture through the optic between shots and a quicker second round. This is the XL body, cut for 5.56mm hosts.
