Bergara B-14 HMR 22-250 Rem 24" 5rd Rifle

HMR stands for Hunting and Match Rifle, and the B-14 HMR is built to do both. In 22-250 Rem it makes a flat shooting varmint and predator rifle that is also at home on a steel range. The 24" #6 contour steel barrel is fully free floated, finished in Graphite Black Cerakote and threaded 5/8-24 at the muzzle with a knurled thread protector.

The stock is Bergara's HMR design with a mini chassis molded into it, giving the action repeatable bedding without a separate aluminum chassis. Both the cheek piece and the length of pull adjust, so the rifle can be fitted to the shooter and to the scope height. QD flush cups and swivel studs are built in. Feeding comes from a 5 round AICS style detachable magazine, which opens up a wide range of aftermarket magazines. The B-14 action has two lugs, a sliding plate extractor and a coned bolt nose, and the curved Bergara trigger breaks crisply. The receiver is drilled and tapped for Remington 700 pattern bases. At over 9 lbs it holds steady for long strings on prairie dogs and coyotes. Right hand bolt, two position safety.
