About the Yankee Hill Machine Turbo
The Turbo K-RB is a 5.56mm can from the Yankee Hill Machine Turbo family, with a tubeless stainless steel body and a heat treated blast baffle. YHM reworked it for reduced blowback compared with the earlier model. The rear of the blast chamber takes the 1.375-24 HUB thread, so the can accepts the wide range of HUB mounts, and the end cap wears a notched rim with a tri-port muzzle.
This package is set up for quick detach use: a 1/2-28 Phantom QD HUB adapter plus a QD muzzle brake that threads onto the barrel, along with one each of YHM parts YHM-2007 and YHM-2146. The body is 4.6 inches long, 5.5 inches with the adapter, and weighs 8.7 ounces bare or 11.5 ounces with the adapter on a 1.562 inch tube. It is full auto rated with a 10 inch minimum barrel length for 5.56 NATO, and YHM rates it at 138 dB.
