About this product
The Weatherby Model 307 Alpine MDT SB pairs the Rem 700 compatible Model 307 action with an MDT SB chassis — the same aluminum short-action chassis system trusted by precision shooters worldwide. Chambered in Weatherby's new 7mm BackCountry cartridge, this rig is purpose-built for lightweight, long-range backcountry hunts.
A 16-inch fluted, threaded barrel delivers a compact overall length that's suppressor-ready and easy to pack. A radial muzzle brake tames 7mm BC recoil, and the graphite black Cerakote finish stands up to rough country. The MDT chassis accepts AICS-pattern magazines (4-round included), and M-LOK slots line the forend for bipods, slings, and accessories.
Every Alpine MDT SB ships with Weatherby's sub-MOA accuracy guarantee and a TriggerTech field-tuned trigger for clean, predictable break.
