Traditions Outfitter G3 360 Buckhammer 22" 3-9x40mm Scope Rifle

The Traditions Outfitter G3 is a break action, single shot cartridge rifle made for whitetail and other big game, and this package pairs it with 360 Buckhammer and a 3-9x40mm scope so it is ready for deer season out of the box. The 360 Buckhammer is a straight wall cartridge; check your state's regulations on where it can be used. The 22" chromoly steel barrel wears an 11 degree target crown, and the receiver is drilled and tapped.

The Elite XT trigger has a rebounding hammer and a manual cross block safety. A useful detail for the stand: the action can be broken open with the cross bolt safety engaged, so you can load, unload or look into the chamber without taking the gun off safe. A single shot rifle teaches you to make the first shot count, and the simple hinged action is easy to clean and easy to check at a glance. The synthetic stock shrugs off rain and has a recoil pad, and the light, short rifle is easy to swing in a ground blind or carry up a ladder stand.
