Auto-Ordnance Thompson 1927A-1 Deluxe 45 ACP 16.5" 20/50rd Gold Rifle

This Thompson 1927A-1 Deluxe takes the classic Tommy Gun and dresses the metal in a titanium gold finish with a tiger stripe pattern, set against genuine American walnut. Underneath it is the same semi auto 45 ACP carbine Auto-Ordnance builds to reproduce the details of the original.

The frame and receiver are machined from solid steel. The 16.5" finned barrel has a Cutts compensator, and the walnut furniture includes a fixed buttstock, pistol grip and vertical foregrip. Sights are a blade front with an open adjustable rear. It comes with two magazines, one 20 round stick and one 50 round drum. Overall length is 41" and it weighs about 13 lbs, so it sits steady and recoil from the 45 ACP is mild. The gold and walnut combination is meant for the display wall as much as the range, and it photographs about as loud as a gun can. If a standard blued Thompson is too plain for your collection, or you want a centerpiece for a Prohibition era themed room, this is the version that gets noticed, and it still shoots like any other 1927A-1.
