About the Thompson Center Encore Pro
A 15" fluted barrel chambered in 223 Rem for the Thompson Center Encore Pro Hunter. The Encore is a break action single shot, and the whole point of the platform is that one frame runs a shelf full of barrels. Drop this one on and the frame becomes a 223 varmint setup. The fluting trims weight off the profile while keeping the barrel stiff.
Finish is blued. Encore Pro Hunter barrels index to Encore and Encore Pro Hunter frames, and they are not interchangeable with Contender or G2 Contender frames, so check which frame you own. Barrel swaps on the Encore take a hinge pin and a few minutes at the bench.
