Faxon Firearms Duty Series Glock 48 9mm 4.69" Threaded Barrel

A Faxon replacement barrel for the Glock 48, chambered in 9mm and cut with 1/2-28 muzzle threads so the slimline pistol can run a compensator or a can. Installation is a field strip and a swap: it drops into the stock slide with no fitting and no gunsmith, and the stock recoil assembly goes back in as it came out.

The blank is stress relieved steel with a black nitride surface that gives up carbon with less scrubbing at the end of a range day. At 4.69 inches the threaded muzzle stands proud of the slide, so check holster clearance before carrying the pistol with a thread protector installed.
