Standard Manufacturing 1911 45 ACP 5" 7rd Gold Pistol

The Standard Manufacturing 1911 in 45 ACP takes the classic 1911 pattern and covers it in a titanium nitride gold PVD coating. Under the gold it is an all steel pistol: the frame and slide are CNC machined from carbon steel forgings and given an enhanced slide to frame fit. A 5" stainless steel match grade barrel runs with a match bushing, and the magazine holds 7 rounds.

The controls are the upgrades 1911 shooters usually pay a gunsmith for. You get an upswept beavertail grip safety, an extended magazine release, and a fully machined extended tactical thumb safety and slide stop. The medium solid match grade trigger works with an enhanced machined hammer for a crisp break. High profile, low mount tactical sights ride on a slide with rear serrations and a lowered, flared ejection port. The front strap is checkered, the mainspring housing is flat, and hardwood grips finish the frame.
