This version arrives set up for modern duty: the AOS slide cut carries an included Aimpoint COA red dot, so you get a proper optic mounting solution instead of an aftermarket milling job. The 5 inch match grade barrel and steel frame give the platform its trademark shootability, with weight up front that flattens 45 ACP recoil and a crisp single action trigger that reminds you why the 1911 still has a devoted following in a striker fired world.
A beavertail grip safety and an integrated light rail keep it practical rather than precious, and aggressive grip texture holds the gun in place through full magazines.
