About this product
This Echelon 4.5F is the full size model of Springfield's modular striker fired pistol, finished in OD Green Cerakote on the slide and a green polymer frame. Like the rest of the line it is built around a robust stainless steel chassis, the core of the modular Echelon design. The 4.5" hammer forged barrel carries a Melonite finish and a 1:10 twist, and the billet machined slide is cut for optics.
The Variable Interface System is Springfield's optics mounting system, made to take a broad range of red dots on the slide. Until a dot goes on, a tritium and luminescent front sight and a Tactical Rack U-Dot rear give a quick picture in any light. Controls are fully ambidextrous. It comes with two 10 round magazines, a fit for buyers who prefer or need a 10 round duty size pistol with a color that breaks from the usual black.
